For state registration of termination of activity (liquidation of the company) of a legal entity on the grounds of liquidation shall be provided:
1) application for state registration of liquidation of a legal entity in the form established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) decision of the owner of the property of the legal entity or the body authorised by the owner or the body of the legal entity authorised by the constituent documents, sealed with the seal of the legal entity. In case the legal entity is a private entrepreneur, sealing of documents is not required;
3) a document confirming the publication in periodical printed editions distributed throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information on the liquidation of a legal entity, the procedure and terms of claiming by creditors. Application for state registration of liquidation of a legal entity shall be submitted to the registering authority not earlier than after two months from the date of publication of information on liquidation of a legal entity;
4) document on destruction of the seal of the legal entity (if any);
5) a document confirming the payment to the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” for the state registration of termination of activity of a legal entity which is a commercial organisation, except for legal entities which are subjects of small and medium-sized businesses;
