Formalisation of labour relations with a new director. In order to establish labour relations with a new director, a resolution (minutes of the general meeting, resolution of the sole participant) must be adopted, on the basis of which an employment contract is concluded with the director, and an order must be issued. It is allowed that one and the same decision terminates relations with the current director and appoints a new person in his place.
If the owner of the property of a legal entity is a foreign company and the decision is made abroad, it should be legalised or apostilled. The necessity of legalisation of the decision is conditioned by its subsequent submission to the authorised bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If the decision is made in a foreign language, it should be translated into the state and Russian languages, and the translation should be notarised. In this case, if a foreign citizen is appointed as a manager, it is allowed not to transliterate his/her name in the text of the translation in accordance with the IIN.
